Performance Dashboard Metrics

After logging into Driven Insights, the Performance Dashboard page will display. This page shows contact details, productivity metrics, and scan analysis. The dashboard view below is for client administrators or DRN administrators mirroring in as another company: 


 


Under Contact Details, you can view the number of total unique plate records for a given company. This pane provides the number of mailing addresses, phone numbers and email addresses available for all records. 


The Overall Productivity pane displays the number of plates captured by DRN fixed cameras, including the amount of unique license plates captured and the total number of scans. It also offers the number of VINs that have been matched to those captured plates, along with Marketing Identity Matches, which provides the number of plates that have marketing data available. Plate to VIN Conversion Rate provides a percentage of how many plates DRN has converted to VINs. 


The Location field shows one location at a time, sorted in alphabetical order. The default location will be the first location within that order.
